The U.S. Mission Geneva, General Services Offices / Procurement, seeks to contract with qualified reliable firms with sufficient resources, financing and work experience for delivering and performing a variety of commodities and/ or services.

The U.S. Mission Geneva plans to purchase one new SUV vehicle for its Mobile patrol.
Below are the minimum requirements for this vehicle:

The U.S. Mission Geneva has a requirement to create a path using wood chips in its residence located in Mies.

Below is a brief description of the scope of work :

·       Dimension : Length 375m, Width 1m, deep 10cm

·       herbicide treatment according to the implantation of the path

·       Soil excavation to about 10cm deep and evacuate using dumpster

·       soil should be compacted down to create a solid base + geotextile + compacted gravel

·       fill in with wood chips.

  • excavate the soil to about 20cm deep and evacuate the soil using dumpster
  • soil should be compacted down to create a solid base + geotextile + compacted gravel
  • Supply and installation of concrete tiles 50x50x 0.4cm.

The U.S. Mission Geneva has a requirement for movers and handlers to supplement its own workforce during the summer 2019.

Services will include unloading furniture and other equipment from containers, assembling, installing as directed. It is estimated that a number of 4 movers and handlers will be needed for about 320 hours.
