A&E study and construction for renovation of the restrooms at the U.S. Mission Geneva
The U.S. Mission Geneva has a requirement to order an A&E study. The purpose of this study is to develop plans for the renovation of the public restrooms located on all 8 floors of the Mission office building. The restrooms will occupy the same location as the existing restrooms and will require new design specifications, fixtures, and partitions while being compliant with relevant US building codes and accessibility requirements.
This design is a multidiscipline effort that requires complete architectural and engineering services to define the construction, operating, and maintenance requirements of the facilities. In addition to the normal architectural and engineering services provided for building design, the design services required include, but are not limited to: interior design; ventilation; heating and cooling; sewage and domestic water systems.
Phase 1:
Conceptual design of the site
Phase 2:
Working drawings including but not limited to:
1. Structural drawings
2. Architectural drawings
3. Site plan
