Request for quotations: Upgrade audio-video conference equipment
Dear Prospective quoters,
The mission of the United States on America in Geneva is looking to upgrade the telecommunication – audio/video conference equipment at its offices, and request that you present us with your best offers on the most recent technologies available for 3 to 4 conference spaces with minimum capacity of 75 people up to 350 people.
The equipment should include fixed and wireless microphones, video conference cameras, LED Monitors, cables and accessories.

Other Important information:
SAM registration is recommended for all contractors interested in doing business with the U.S. Government. For foreign vendors, registration is REQUIRED for any entity wishing to participate in tendering exercises for contract awards estimated at $25,000 and above.
There is no charge to register, and the application can be requested online from the SAM official website www.sam.gov
