19SZ3522Q0003 Solicitation for Janitorial services
The U.S. Mission in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks qualified companies to janitorial and related services including labor, material, tools and equipment for the U.S. Mission Geneva Chancery.
The government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per month for standard services and a fixed rate per square meter for any temporary additional service.
The estimated area is approximatively 5500 Square meters.
The anticipated performance period is one base year and four optional renewable periods of one year each, at U.S. Government discretion.
These requirements may change depending on funding availability in certain periods.
The Mission intend to conduct a pre-proposal conference, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend. See section 3 of the attached solicitation.
System of Award Management registration (https://www.sam.gov) is required pursuant to FAR provision 54.204-7, and prospective offerors should initiate their registration prior to submitting quotations.
