Long Term Furniture Rental
The U.S. Mission in Geneva seeks qualified vendors for the rental of residential furniture and provisions of welcome kit packages for one of the US Mission official residence located in Chambesy .
The rental period will be 3 years.
The contractor shall be responsible for the acquisition, storage, insurance, maintenance, packing, transportation, delivery, pick-up/removal, installation of all furniture and all furnishing items which are leased.
Residence description:
1 master house:
– Ground floor: Approx. 200 square meters. Including Hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, office room, bathrooms,
– 1st floor: Approx.170 square meters. Including Hall, bedrooms, office room, bathrooms.
1 Guest house:
– Ground floor: Approx. 100 square meters. Including kitchen, living room, changing room, bath room.
– 1st floor: Approx. 90 square meters. Including bedrooms, bathrooms.
