U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Counselor Thomas H. Staal will travel to Geneva, Switzerland April 24-26.

Counselor Staal will lead the U.S. delegation at the High Level Pledging Event for the Humanitarian Response in Yemen. In Geneva, Staal will introduce additional U.S. assistance to the people of Yemen, who are experiencing a major humanitarian crisis and food security emergency. Staal will also meet with partners and government officials to discuss mobilizing urgently needed resources for the Yemeni people.
