On the Seventh Session of the Bilateral Consultative Commission Under the New START Treaty
The seventh session of the Bilateral Consultative Commission under the New START Treaty took place in Geneva on February 18-28.
The sides continued to discuss practical issues related to the implementation of the Treaty. In accordance with its provisions, they adopted an agreed decision on the number of l aunches of ICBMs or SLBMs on which an exchange of telemetric information will be carried out in 2014.
