The U.S. Mission in Geneva plans to release a request for proposal (RFP) for gardening services. The services consist of the general maintenance of the lawn, shrubbery, garden areas, trees and related landscape elements of the grounds of the U.S. Mission located in Chambésy. The RFP will be posted on the Mission website on or about July 29th 2010 and available to the public.

The U.S. Mission in Geneva plans to release a request for proposal (RFP) for the construction of a storage shed which will be located on the Mission grounds. The storage will cover an area of approximately 300 square meters and will be used to store mainly household furniture. The RFP will be posted on the Mission website on or about August 1, 2010 and available to the public.

The U.S. Mission in Geneva has a requirement to obtain Construction Services for the renovation of an elevated exterior plaza terrace deck/roof paver system. The work include furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and tools to replace the existing concrete pavers system. A request for proposal (RFP) is planned to be released on or about August 15th, 2010. The RFP will be posted on the Mission website and available to the public.

The U.S. Mission in Geneva to release a request for proposal (RFP) for the reorganization of office space on the second floor of the Mission. This 900 square meter space houses approximately 45 employees and must be remodeled to better utilize existing space and create room for new employees. The RFP will be posted on the Mission website on or about August 1, 2010 and available to the public.”

The U.S. Mission Geneva has a requirement for a shipping and packing contract to cover its worldwide incoming and outgoing shipments. All shipments shall be handled from a bonded warehouse. The solicitation is due to be released on July 26th, 2010 and will be published on the U.S. Mission website.
