U.S. Reserves Position on the Draft Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples

Written Statement by the United States Delegation

With respect to the Draft Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, the United States reserves its position as to the entire declaration.  We will provide our interpretations and objections regarding the declaration at the General Assembly this fall or at another appropriate time.
