Dr. David Lublin, professor in the Department of Government at American University in Washington, D.C. and author of “Minority Interests in Congress and the Republican South: Democratization and Partisan Change” and “The Paradox of Representation: Racial Gerrymandering,” spoke at the U.S. Mission via DVC on the U.S. elections process historically and on trends and developments in the current presidential race.Dr. Lublin took questions from the audience following his presentation for a lively political discussion.

Dr. Lublin was introduced by the U.S. Mission’s new Deputy Chief of Mission, Peter Mulrean.
